Order Processing

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@froways.com.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders. Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Email support@froways.com to see if your particular unit can be expedited.
  • Overnight Shipping: Not currently available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier delays.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Address Changes

  • Modifying Shipping Address: If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@froways.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered and you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
